Our photography meetup group arranged a meeting at the Velvet Lounge in Chicago to shoot some of the live performers that play there. Not only was this a great opportunity to shoot a live event in a lower light situation, but the atmosphere was fun and quaint and the music was PHENOMENAL! I highly recommend checking this place out if you enjoy live jazz and blues.
